UK SCHOOLS AND AUTHORITIES
OPEN THE DOOR TO LANGUAGE LEARNING IN YOUR SCHOOL

We can recruit assistants for your school from French, German and Spanish speaking countries and from Italy, China, Japan or Russia. Find out what it costs, how to apply and the benefits to your school and students.

If you have had assistants at your school in the past, it is still worth reading the information we provide so you can help your new assistant before they arrive, support them during their stay and advise them about useful resources.

Schools in England and Wales should also send a report on last year's assistant (page 1 and page 2) if applicable to our office. Under the Data Protection Act (1998) which came into force on 1 March 2000, assistants may request to see a copy of this report.

Information is also available on hosting a Comenius Language Assistant through the Socrates programme.
