A wide variety of tools and techniques have been introduced and practiced during the programme: appreciative inquiry, questioning, conflict management, communication and the TICing model, and more. These have been applied in different contexts; within the participants’ spheres of influence and in communities which will deliver the programme.
Applicants who successfully receive a bursary will need to commit to a further action to extend the InterAction programme in their communities or organisations by securing commitment from them to deliver InterAction Offshoot workshops in those communities or organisations.
