| Creative Collaboration uses innovative approaches to networking in order to encourage arts and cultural leaders from different countries and different art forms to talk together, learn from each other and develop new partnerships for effective cross-border working. |

| The project will demonstrate how European cities are adjusting to increasingly international populations and how this cultural diversity can become an asset to cities. It will focus on understanding and communicating the experience of minority population residents within European cities to inform the debate about what makes a city ‘open’ to international populations. |
