Customer Service Officer  - Jordan

British Council Jordan is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join its team of Customer Service professionals.

Every month, the Customer Services Team handles over 2,500 enquires about our work in English, the Arts, Education and Society. As front line staff, Customer Service Officers work to high standards and demonstrate the British Council’s commitment to people and professionalism.

As well as an attractive salary package that includes 24 days’ paid leave, we offer a stimulating and supportive work environment with regular opportunities for professional development.

The successful applicant will have at least two years’ experience of working in Customer Service, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
