UK-Japan School Links Programme
The British Council provides a free service to Japanese and UK primary and secondary schools to help find a partner school. We offer guidance to schools on how to develop effective and sustainable school links through workshops and seminars for teachers, and our School Links website.

School links allow pupils to interact with each other by exploring common interests and cultural and social differences at an individual, class, and school level. They provide pupils with a great opportunity to broaden international understanding, deepen their interest in different cultures, and develop abilities to cooperate with young people from around the world. School links are also valuable for practical and purposeful English learning and the interactive use of ICT.
