IELTS candidates are kindly requested to check IELTS test dates and make their applications to STEP. Please see STEP's Home Page for details.

※ Important policy change about IELTS candidate photographs.
In line with advice from government immigration agencies, a change to the regulations relating to IELTS candidate photographs was implemented from January 2010. This policy applies to IELTS candidates world wide. Candidates registering after January 2010 must not wear glasses in the photographs they submit for IELTS registration. Thank you for your understanding.

※ Test centres make every effort to cater for the special needs of any disabled candidates, to enable them to best understand questions and tasks and to give their answers. It is our aim for the language level of all candidates, irrespective of disability, to be assessed fairly and objectively. Candidates with special needs should inform us at least 2 months before the test date so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
