Extra copies of Test Report Form
Note: we supply you with one TRF free of charge. In addition, we are able to send copies of your TRF to a maximum of five institutions/organisations free of charge.  If you require more that 5 TRFs to be sent, or if your request is made more than 30 days after the date of issue of your TRF, a charge of 1050 yen will be made for each copy. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your test, you may do so up to 5 weeks before the date of the written test. Send completed “Request for Refund Form (PDF 112KB)” to the test centre by registration closing date.

If you wish to change your test date, module or test venue you may do so up to 5 weeks before the date of the written test.
