Tuesday - Friday: 12:00-20:00 / Saturday: 10:00-18:00 (12 December 12:00 -)

We recommend you re-register early to avoid disappointment.
Forms handed in to the Customer Services counter have priority over faxes & postal delivery.
The British Council reserves the right to change the course schedule or cancel a course.
Requests for changes of class must be made within two weeks of the start of term , and are subject to your teacher's approval and class availability.
You will be treated as a re-registering student if you come back within 4 terms of the term you registered.  Please keep the re-registration form to submit when registering during this period.

Re-registration Procedure
1.Counselling:

Your teacher will give you your re-registration form at counselling.( Saturday classes -week 6 or 7, other classes-weeks7or 8)
Please make sure every column is filled in – class code, your signature and your teacher's signature.
The re-registration form is a "Contract" between students and the British Council. Please read the attached Terms & Conditions carefully.

2.Procedure:
During the priority registration period. Please hand in your re-registration form at the Customer Services counter.

On the first day of the priority registration period. Please note that you  may have to wait for re-registration as the counter is likely to be very crowded.
Students who wish to take FCE, CAE, CPE Preparation Courses are required to take a  screening test. Please make an appointment at the Customer Services counter.

3.Payment:
Courses fees can be paid either by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, please bring it with you when you register at the ciynter. Please note that we only accept a lump sum payment. If you register by post or fax (not at the counter ), course fees can be paid by bank transfer only.
