The 'Inclusion and Diversity in Education' project addressed the theme of diversity by bringing together policy makers in the field of education and inclusion, head teachers and young leaders from nine European countries: Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Malta, Italy, Portugal, Spain. They have worked together to develop the project.
On the 12 May 2010 Young Leaders representing 49 European schools arrived at the European Parliament to present three years of activity carried out through the INDIE project and to interview Euro MPs regarding the immigration policies within their own countries.
