Cancellation or transfers for health reasons
Candidates that need to cancel or transfer to subsequent exam sessions (within 12 months) must show a valid up to date medical certificate no more than 5 days after the date of the exam for which they were enrolled. An exception to this is Only in the case of family bereavement up to second grade. In all cases evidence must be produced to support cases. Reimbursement is equal to 75% of the tariff paid.
Candidates may request a cancellation up to 5 weeks before the date of the exam for which they have enrolled receiving a refund of 75% of the original fee paid.
Transfers to successive dates
Enrolments can be transferred to an already published calendar date (not more than 12 months) up to 10 days before the date of the test paying a tariff of €25 at the office in which the original enrolment was made.
