For security reasons,IELTS results will be available 13 days after the date of the exam.

Candidates can check their results on line from the afternoon of the thirteenth day following the instruction given on the day of the exam.

On the same day we will post the certificate by Posta Prioritaria. We Cannot guarantee when the certificate will arrive. For this reason, candidates can come and collect it directly at our office in Milan after 12 a.m. only if previously agreed.

Candidates may apply for an enquiry on results procedure at the centre at which they took their test within four weeks of receipt of results. The candidate's test material is re-marked and it costs £ 60 which is equivalent to € 90 approx. This fee is refunded should the band score be increased.

Enrolments have to be received by us up to 7 working days before the exam.

ONLINE  
Candidates can  register and pay online.  Postepay and American Express cards are not accepted. Candidates have to send the photocopy of the same document used for the enrolment and a photograph smaller than 10KB, jpeg format by email to ielts.milan@britishcouncil.it

BY EMAIL:
Payment can be made by postal order (vaglia postale ordinario), addressed to British Council, via Manzoni 38, 20121 Milano.
Candidates can send the enrolment form (PDF) and the scanned copy of the payment by email to ielts.milan@britishcouncil.it  Candidates have to send the photocopy of the same document used for the enrolment and a photograph smaller than 10KB, jpeg format by email to the same email address.

ALL THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE ENROLMENT PROCESS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH ALL THE INFORMATION TWO DAYS BEFORE THE EXAM DATE

In person
Enrolments accompanied by the enrolment form (PDF), 1 passport size photo and payment of €180.00 are accepted up to 7 working days before the date of the exam at the British Council Milan, via Manzoni 38 (14-19 Tuesday to Friday and 10-14 on Saturday - Please note that during the summer the opening hours are 14-18 Monday to Friday). Payment can be made in cash,credit card,bancomat or by cheque, made out to British Council.

SPECIAL NEEDS:
If you have a disability or condition which might require special arrangements, you should discuss it with our test centre as soon as possible. Each case is considered individually and you will need a medical certificate. Test centres need three months to put arrangements into place
