British Council Teaching Centre in Naples, has vacancies for freelance teaching staff for the academic year 2012-2013

To apply for freelance work you must:

  • Already be resident in Italy
  • Native speaker standard of English. Full mastery of English (CEF C2) across all four skills or have achieved an IELTS score of 9
  • Hold a degree and an internationally recognised Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (CELTA / Trinity TESOL or equivalent).
  • Have at least 2 years of full-time classroom experience teaching English as a Foreign Language.

British Council Teaching Centre in Milan is looking for freelance teachers of English to join our teaching pool.

To teach with British Council you need:

  • a formal EFL teaching qualification (CELTA/CTESOL or equivalent)
  • 2 years post qualification teaching experience Adults, Young Learners, Exam preparation and Business English
  • a certificate of your level of English (IELTS 9 or Proficiency level), if you are a non native speaker
  • documents demonstrating you are elegible to work in Italy
