Portuguese choreographer Clara Andermatt, was invited by Festival Movimento4 - New Portuguese Choreography and Live Art UK,  to an artistic residence in order to create a new piece for the repertory of Saddler's Wells Company of Elders, a company of over 60's performance group, established by Sadler's Wells over ten years ago. During this residence, the choreographer built her material from interviews with the performers, using theatrical and improvisation techniques and exploring the knowledge of the body and its limits. This experience brought to the creation of Natural, where Clara Andermatt works with sixteen dancers, choosing to explore their specific characteristics and related themes of life at their age, focusing on the positive and negative points of getting older.
Natural is shown for the first time in Italy at the Biennale Dance of Venice.
