Working with a blend of drama, humour and sharp choreography, Protein Dance borrows from influences that stretch from TV confession shows to pub life and relaxation tapes; holding up a mirror to our lives, revealing ourselves, warts and all.

Publife is a site-specific piece about life in a pub that is normally performed in a pub. Part dance, part soap opera, with a slice of reality TV thrown in. It reduces the physical and emotional distance between performer and spectator and asks the audience to observe and judge the ups and downs of five people caught in their nightly quest for fun and a dose of self confidence.
