This strand of New Connections deals with the buzz behind the scenes – the business of creativity. We bring together young innovators and cultural entrepreneurs to share new ideas on the business of the creative economy. This cross disciplinary of science, business and culture is the nexus for the production of new ideas and new talents.
OUR PROJECTS:
- Creative Conversations: is a series of cultural get-togethers between leading British and Italian thinkers from the field of arts, culture, science and business which will address the major issues of contemporary western societies and which will take place in several Italian cities
Creative Conversations (in Theatre) kicks off the series of conversations which will take place throughout 2013. Entitled “The playwright in the spotlight” it will be held on 20th March at - and in collaboration with - Teatro Franco Parenti (for more details)
- New Connections Award: offered to those partners and artists we recognise as making a particularly valuable contribution in fostering closer cultural relations between the two countries.
