Passage of Time, is a sound installation especially created by British artist William Furlong for the Oratorio di san Ludovico in Venezia.The installation will coincide with the Architectural Biennale

“The work could be described as providing a soundtrack for the Oratorio, or an acoustic articulation of the building, which like so many in Venice, is largely unchanged over time, and still retains the sense of a meeting place for prayer, for quiet conversation and reflection. I see Passage of Time as an evocation of time passing in the city, over hours, days, years and centuries, as the sounds of the city rise, fade and merge into history.” (W. Furlong)
