Once you are registered with Cambridge ESOL (which means after the closing date for registration), no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

Please, make sure that the dates for the written papers as well as the dates for the speaking window do not match with another exam you plan to take (e.g. Baccalauréat, etc.). No refund will be issued in respect of a timetable clash with a local or other examination.

However, if you cannot attend the exam for medical reasons, or if you wish to cancel your registration (at least 1 week prior to the deadline), please send us the Refund form (below) filled in, along with the other documents requested.
