Intercultural navigators is a leadership training programme created by the British Council. Participants from diverse backgrounds and professions are learning a unique leadership methodology which develops their personal and team skills and improves their cross cultural communication skills. The aim of the programme is to respond to issues surrounding globalisation and the challenges posed by diverse societies. In addition, it offers organizations the chance to take part in a global network. In Israel our local training partner is Shatil.
We have information about this project in Hebrew.
Unfortunately we cannot accept more applications for this programme.
