Funding Opportunities
We aim to help develop research links between higher education institutions and research centres in the UK and Israel and support the forming of new links between early-stage researchers. Funding opportunities are available for joint scientific research, exchange visits, networking conferences and workshops.
Britain-Israel Research and Academic Exchange Partnership
BIRAX is a partnership programme that fosters academic cooperation between the UK and Israel. It was launched in 2008 by British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.

UK-Tel Hai Research Partnership

This scheme promotes academic co-operation between universities in the UK and the Tel Hai Academic College in Israel. It provides support for joint research in all fields of science including social sciences and humanities.
