Chevening and co-sponsor scholarships

The British Council administers scholarship schemes on behalf of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and co-sponsors. These scholarships are available for Israeli nationals to undertake postgraduate study and research in the UK for 3 to 12 months.  Scholarships fully or partially cover academic fees, living expenses and return economy airfare.

We will be accepting applications for the Chevening Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2009/2010 from 25 September 2008. Applications can ONLY be made online through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office electronic online application system (e-Chevening). Guidelines for completing the online application form can be found here

The application deadline for 2009/2010 is 12 December 2008. No late applications will be considered
