IELTS transferrals

If you wish to transfer your test date you must give at least five weeks notice and fill out the transfer form. The transfer fee is 250NIS that can be paid by cash cheque or credit card. Candidates will be unable to transfer their test date less then 5 weeks before the test date.

IELTS cancellations

If you wish to cancel your test you must provide the exam office with the original receipt of payment and the cancellation form the cancellation fee is 250NIS .you must inform the Exams department at lest five weeks before the test date.  If you cancel les then five weeks before your test date there will be no refund of your fee.

Non attendees

Candidates who do not attend the test without prior notice , will not be refunded any money. Candidate will need to apply for a later test date according to availability, and will be required to reregister and pay the full fee. If a candidate is ill on the day of the test and cannot attend form medical reasons or can not attend due to extreme circumstances the test fee will be refunded on provision of medical certificate or proof of reason why attendance is not possible.

Special needs candidates

Our IELTS test centre makes every effort to cater for candidates with special needs. It is our aim for the language level of all candidates to be assessed fairly and objectively. If a candidate request special needs this must be done upon registration with provision of official medical and/or Clinical & Educational evaluation documents that are genuine and up to two years old. Documentation may be submitted in Hebrew, but please note that this may take longer to evaluate.

Candidates with visual difficulties
Candidates with visual difficulties may apply for a range of provisions including enlarged print and Brailled question papers.

Please note that the process for a Brailled exam may take up to 3 months from the date of registration.

Candidates with hearing difficulties
Candidates who suffer from partial hearing loss and can hear with the help of headphones or special amplification equipment may ask for permission to use this type of equipment for the listening part of the exam. A lip-reading version of the listening part is also available.

Please note that a lip-reading exam may take up to 3 months from the date of registration.

Candidates with specific learning difficulties
If candidates have dyslexia or another specific learning difficulty they may apply for an extra time test. Candidates may apply for up to 30 minutes extra for the reading and writing part of the exam.

Please note that extra timed exams may take up to 3 months from the date of registration.
