The Selector is a two-hour radio show featuring the best in contemporary UK music across all styles. It reflects the brilliance and diversity of British music, promoting the new sounds, talents and musical culture of modern Britain to an international audience.

Presented by DJ Goldierocks and produced on behalf of the British Council, The Selector represents all that is exciting and original in British music right now. No other radio show plays such an eclectic mix of new UK music; you’ll find everything from indie, grime, dubstep, folk, soul, to electro and everything else in between on the Selector. The show also features artist interviews, guest DJ mixes and exclusive live studio sessions from the best new bands every week.

The Selector has been on air for over ten years with three million listeners weekly wordwide and is broadcast on 40 partner radio stations in over 30 countries around the world.

The Hebrew version of The Selector will be broadcasted in Israel every Friday starts from 1 March 2013 between 23:00 and 1:00 on 88 FM, presented by Kobi Menora. Each show will be also available online for a week on 88FM website.
