This month’s cubed looks at new research which reveals a relationship between music and stamina. Dr Costas Karageorghis, at Brunel University’s School of Sport and Education, has discovered data which suggests that music selected according to scientific principles can enhance endurance by 15 percent. Karageorghis was asked to provide the music lining the route for the UK Run to the Beat half marathon and will do so again this year.
