It is a really wonderful experience for me coming here to UK and studying at UMIST (UMIST merged with the University of Manchester in October 2004 http://www.manchester.ac.uk) which is the most popular university in the UK, with an international reputation for its teaching, research and innovation. The student community in the Construction Management Program I am following is drawn from more than 22 countries around the world and is very exciting to experience.

You’ll be taught to the highest standards by the University’s academic staff - many with international reputations for research - and benefit from excellent study facilities. Manchester in itself is a place on the move. It combines the cultured with the brash, the cheap with the expensive. It can be contrary and wayward or benign and gentle.

The whole place zings with fascinating tensions and contradictions.
