IELTS Extra Test Report Forms
How to request an extra copy

How do I get extra copies of my IELTS Test Report Form?

The service to provide candidates with additional copies of their Test Report Forms (TRFs) is now being handled by Cambridge ESOL. TRFs will be sent direct to receiving organisations, commencing 08 November  2007.

All such requests are subject to the following requirements:

• Any request sent to Cambridge ESOL should only be for the two year period in which your results remain valid  - requests for results over two years old will be rejected.

• The Application Form should be downloaded, printed, completed and scanned.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your application as this is used for checking the identity of candidates. Applications that are not accompanied by a Scanned copy of the passport will be rejected.

Candidates must complete all parts of the form and may apply for TRFs to be sent to a maximum of two institutions per application. In addition, candidates are required to provide:

• A scanned copy of their passport clearly showing their date of birth and photograph;

• The contact details (name and telephone number) of the person at each institution to which a TRF is to be sent;

All TRFs to be sent outside the UK will be sent by courier (DHL, FEDEX etc) but for destinations within the UK they will be sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery. There is currently no charge for this service.

However, if a candidate requests TRFs to be sent to more than two institutions or makes multiple applications within a six-month period, Cambridge ESOL reserves the right to charge the candidate an administration fee to cover excess postage/courier charges. Institution contact details (name and telephone number) are required by DHL who will not accept the item without this information.

Having completed the application form, candidates must e-mail their scanned application and all the required documents to:
