SHAKESPEARE IN TEHRAN - FAJR THEATRE FESTIVAL 2003

'The Winter's Tale' by William Shakespeare was performed by the Dundee Rep Theatre in Tehran as part of the 21st International Fajr Theatre Festival in January 2003, at the invitation of the Dramatic Arts Centre. This momentous event marked the first time that a British theatre group had visited Iran for twenty-five years.

There were four performances, on 21, 22, 23 and 24 January 2003, at the Vahdat Hall, Tehran.
