Ani R.A Suryani, (b. 1977). Owner and Fashion Designer of Popperca
Ani also works as a fashion stylist for Kabare Magazine Jogja. She had worked for Parang Kencana Boutique and Debenhams prior to establishing Popperca, a boutique preserving Indonesian culture. The distinctive style of Popperca design is patchwork even though the products themselves are not made of patchworks

Aulia Mauludi, (b.1978). Founder of Kahloos Room Surabaya and Klampist Community

Aulia established Kahloos after two years collaborating with a friend in developing a clothing brand named Cosmic. Kahloos is an outlet that distributes clothing products for youngsters. Aulia learned how fashion is used by youngsters to make a difference and from that he then established a youth community to further understand the youth movements that has been his personal interest and to also help him succeed in the youth fashion industry.
Bata Manurun, (b.1978). Director of Kelompok Usaha Bersama Tenun Adat Rongkong
Bata has been actively involved in youth and cultural movements of indigenous communities in Sulawesi Selatan since 2005. Kelompok Usaha Bersama Tenun Adat Rongkong which he developed is a small scale traditional weaving industry to preserve and develop Rongkong’s  traditional weaving as the cultural inheritance from their ancestors. Through this, Bata tries to empower indigenous youth in developing their roles in socio-economic sector at community level.
Dicky Sukmana, (b.1979). Founder of Cakrawala Media (Suave Catalogue) and Invictus Indonesia
Dicky works in both of the companies he established: business development at Cakrawala Media since 2004 and as a Brand Manager of Invitus since 2003. Suave is a youth culture and creative magazine which focusses more on publications of young Indonesians street fashion and considered the pioneer of Indonesian street fashion business. Dicky is also a finalist in IYCE Communications 2008-2009
Dwi Putra H.A, (b.1979). Co-Founder of House of Rotten Apple and Other Rag Enterprise (ORE)
Dwi has been involved in clothing business since 1998. He is currently the Marketing & Promotion Manager in House of Rotten Apple and Operational Officer in ORE store Surabaya. Since it was established in 2005, House of Rotten Apple has grown to be the biggest local clothing store with almost 3000 members in Rotten Apple community.
Febby Arhemsyah, (b.1980). Owner of Twoclothes Skateboard Wear Industries

Febby built Twoclothes in 1998 only with Rp. 500,000 and a little knowledge about the business. The company is considered the pioneer of local skateboard wear. Its existence has sprung the emergence of other local brands that also feature skateboarding in their designs. Febby has also been working as Event Manager WITP (Wild in the Park) for Volcom Indonesia since 2003 and Head Division of Marketing Campaign and Partnership for Kreative Independent Clothing Kommunity (KICK) since 2006.

Nola Marta A. Pantouw, (b.1081). Owner of Nomara Couture.
Nola had previously worked as In-House Fashion Designer at La Vinz, and Personal Designer Assistant at Jazz Pasay Inc. before establishing her own boutique, Nomara Couture. She incorporates the use of “scraps” and recycled material into her design which in a way becomes the trademark of Nomara Couture.
Oscar Lawalata, (b. 1977). Owner, Fashion Designer and Managing Director of PT OSCAROSCAR

Oscar has two fashion boutiques and three fashion labels under his company: Oscar Lawalata Culture, Oscar Lawalata Couture and Oscar Lawalata for Uniforms. He was invited to promote Indonesian Fashion and Culture in Chinese Taipei by the Department of Tourism in 2004 and as a guest designer to Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week in 2006. His small enterprise employs 20 full-time staff and has a monthly turnover of US$10,000.

Pharlymaviec Musadi, (b.1976). Owner and Head Designer of Distribute Merchandising and Parental Advisory Baby Clothing

He started his bussines with Rp. 225,000 , establishing a clothing company known as “The United Moron Incorporated” in 2000. In 2001, he and his wife established Distribute Merchandising. They produced official t-shirts for famous Indonesian bands such as PeterPan, Gigi, Seringai, Maliq n d’Essentials, Krakatau and Raihan of Malaysia. Since 2007, his company grew from a team of 12 to a team of 30 with assets from Rp. 120 millions to Rp. 400 Millions in 2008.

Theresia Alit, (b.1982). Owner and Marketing Director of Endorsindo Makmur Selaras (Bloop – Endorse Store)
Theresia established Bloop in 2003 followed by Endorse in 2005. They were the pioneers of ‘distro’ in Jakarta. Each store is visited by 1000-1200 customers on a daily basis  and the numbers double during weekends to 2000-2500 customers. Both stores endorse local bands such as Naif, Nidji and Peterpan, etc.
