Achmad Marin Shamsoedharma (b.1975) is business director, marketing manager, and co-owner of FF/WD Records with partner Helvi. The label virtually started the independent label movement in Indonesia almost ten years ago. FF/WD produces cutting edge electronic and post rock music, including the internationally popular Mocca and The S.I.G.I.T.S.

Aris Widodo (b.1975), master guitarist and owner of SPguitars in Yogyakarta creates guitars and basses that are now sold in Europe, Australia, and the USA.

Audy Riri Rachman aka DJ Riri (b. 1974) is one of Indonesia’s celebrated club DJ. He also directs Spinach that focuses on training new Disc Jockeys and the development of dance culture in Indonesia.  www.spinachrecords.com  

David Suranta Tarigan (b.1977) is music producer, writer, visual artist, and an avid record collector with a passion for historical recording. As A&R for the Aksara indie label in Jakarta he is responsible for such success as Sore and White Shoes & The Couples Company.

Febriyanti Prihatina Meuthia (b. 1973) is executive producer for music and variety at Indonesia’s largest private-owned television station, SCTV. She is one of the initiators of such hit music programmes as By Request, Hip Hip Hura, and most recently Inbox, which develops partnerships with bands, recording companies, and video-makers.

Gusti Pramudya Dwi Mulya (b.1978) is drummer of Sore, whose first release was praised by Time magazine as one of Asia’s five best albums. An arranger, composer, and music director, he established Rooftopsound audio production in 2004, providing sound design and editing services for advertisement jingle, film score and soundtracks.

Leo Rustandi (b.1972) is event producer, promoter, festival director, managing director, label executive, and band manager. His former company, NEPATHYA, handled various international tours including for Craig David, Linking Park, and Java Jazz Festival. Leo is national winner of the IYCE Music Award 2007

Salvador Abadi Sianturi (b.1974) is strategic marketing manager at Universal Music Indonesia and PR of the Indonesian Disc Jockey Association. He created the successful R&B/Hip Hop compilation for the Global TV Let’s Dance series. Aldo currently runs Ears Production music consultancy with fellow DJ Erfan.
Thomas Dicky Suharlan (1975-2008) is business and development director of Duta Suara Group, a well-known and popular record shop since the 1970s. Before his untimely death, Dicky used his music business to campaign against piracy.

Rizki Siregar (b.1977) is lecturer, video-clip director, and founder of Moreideas –a one stop entertainment company established with celebrated singer-songwriter Sarah Silaban and journalist Jessica Huwae in 2005. The company helps new talents break into the music business.
