Agus Nugroho (b.1981) is Program Director of Komunitas Dokumenter Yogyakarta. Established in 2001, the community main goal is to develop infrastructure for documentary film. He is also curator, program manager, fund-raiser, and promotor of the annual Festival Film Dokumenter (Documentary Film Festival)
Anastasia Rina Damayanti (b.1974) is producer of the award-winning movie Opera Jawa. One of her key responsibilities, and biggest achievement, is her ability to get investors to fund this art film.
Andibachtiar Yusuf Siswo (b.1974) is an independent film producer and director of Bogalakon Pictures. He created his own distribution channel for his first ever feature about Jakarta’s football gang, Jakarta Is Mine. His follow-up films, The Jaks and Romeo & Julia, have since found box-office success in major screens across the country.
Choiru Pradhono (b.1976) is director of Justkidding Video Explore, an independent film community that mostly produces short movies screened in some of the most progressive film festivals in Indonesia.
Dimas Jayasrana (b.1979) is a programmer, curator and director active in providing access to information for film makers. His passion has brought a new dimension in information sharing and promotion of Indonesian movies to the world.
Fajar Nugroho (b.1979) is writer cum director at Nugrossinema. The film community create films that mostly reflect and draws on underlying social tensions. His movies survived to be screened in local theatres and critics from the audience lead him to receive a prestigious film workshop scholarship.
Fajrian (b.1981) is Program Co-ordinator of the Metro TV station’s Eagle Awards. Established in 2005, the competition has helped promote a new generation young documentary film-makers. Fajrian is also founder of Komunitas Layar film community in Lampung, Sumatera.
Hario Sasongko (b.1977) is Director of SkyBoost Animation. He has worked as animator in various companies and was supervisor of the Bina Nusantara Animation Studio. His project for Dementia studio, Janus Prajurit Terakhir (Janus, the Last Soldier), was hailed by the industry as the first Indonesian film to combine 3D animation with live action.
Sakti Salulinggi Parantean (b.1974) is director of Fictionary Media Technology (FMT), a boutique production company providing tailored services specialising in TV programmes and commercials. FMT was the first local company to supply programmes for MTV Indonesia and the first to have a feature (The Art of Deception) broadcasted by Al Jazeera. Sakti was national finalist in the IYCE Screen 2007.
Wahyu Aditya (b.1980) is Founder, President Director, Teacher, Principal, Animator, and Creative Designer of Hello; Motion Corporation. His school has graduated 600 students while his short film and animation Festival attracts 10,000 audiences annually. Adit was national finalist in the IYCE Design Award 2006 and 2007. Wahyu is national winner of the IYCE Screen Award 2007.
