To register for IELTS
How to register

Option 1:
Register online
Complete the online registration form
Choose payment option:

  • Online with credit card at ICICI bank using the challan slip
  • Send demand draft by post
  • By credit card at your nearest British Council office
    Payment should reach British Council within three days from the time you register your details online.

Option 2:
Register by post or in person

Completed and signed application form
Two passport size colour photos (not older than six months)
A photocopy of your valid passport
Choose payment option:

  • At ICICI bank using the challan slip
  • By demand draft
  • By credit/debit card at your nearest British Council office
    Please note that you will need to register at least three weeks prior to the test date. Demand drafts should be made out to British Council Division and be made payable to Delhi for Bhopal and Chennai for Thiruvananthapuram.
