The four BULATS tests are designed to be relevant to the way your staff work. The tasks in the tests are generally practical; such as taking a phone message, checking a letter, understanding an article, giving a presentation, and writing a report. These are all areas that are important to your organisation's efficiency.
The tests will show you where people's strengths lie, as well as where there is need for improvement.
THE FOUR TESTS ARE:
This is a quick, reliable paper-based test of overall language ability in the workplace. It lasts for 90 minutes and contains three sections: listening, reading and Grammar / Vocabulary.
This is a computer-adaptive test. It adapts to the level of each candidate and can be run at any time in any location. It assesses the same skills as the Standard Test, takes less than an hour and produces instant reports. You may choose to send your staff to centres that offer the BULATS Computer Test, or you can buy the software to use yourself. Try a demonstration test online
