ROADSHOWS

The British Council, in partnership with the English Language Teachers’ Association of India (ELTAI), is organising the English Road Shows - a series of one-day professional development workshops for English language teachers and trainers. The aim of these workshops is to provide you with new ideas for the classroom and inform you about the range of materials and services available through British Council and ELTAI.

The Road Show will consist of five interactive workshops each of one-hour duration that will be conducted by ELT professionals from the British Council and ELTAI. Most importantly, this is a forum where you can network and engage with other teachers, share experiences and ideas. You can also find out how to join networks so you can keep abreast of current trends.

What will you gain out of the English Road Shows?

Enhanced classroom teaching skills and confidence
Information on how to access ELT materials and online resources
Access to magazines/journals such as ETP
Opportunity to share ideas with other teachers
Opportunity to join teacher networks
Certificate of participation from ELTAI, British Council and another partner
