Language Audit and Role Profiling

Our voice test is detailed enough to form a realistic profile of a candidate’s current oral competence as well as functioning as a diagnostic tool to inform the planning of further training measures. The test measures five parameters:

Accuracy
Range
Fluency
Interaction
Pronunciation

The outputs of this testing system are defined in terms of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF).

We have a trained team of assessors who can conduct the language assessments at your workplace, or the test can be administered telephonically from our offices in Chennai.  

We can also train your own assessment team to administer the test, and conduct regular standardisation sessions to ensure ongoing quality.
