Register for a Course

To register for a course, you need to take a short test to assess your English level, so we can recommend the right course for you. The test takes about an hour to complete and is made up of three parts:

  • A written test
  • An interview
  • Counselling to find the right course for you

The fee for the assessment is Rs. 500

The assessment is by appointment only. You must pay the fee of Rs. 500 at least one day in advance to confirm your appointment.

You can register for a course as soon as you have taken your placement test and chosen which course you’d like to take. Your place on the course is confirmed once you pay the full course fee. You can pay the course fee at our office.

If you have a credit card and would prefer to pay the fee from your home or office, all you have to do is log on to http://myAccount.britishcouncil.org. Your password and login information will be sent to you by email once you take the placement test.

We advise you to register as soon as you can after taking the test as classes are frequently oversubscribed.
