Vincensius co-founded HONF, a new media art laboratory, in 1999. He has also been working as a programmer from 2004 to present day. Apart from being the Director of these annual events; Yogyakarta International Videowork Festival (YIVF), since 2005, and Cellsbutton, Yogyakarta International Media Art Festival since 2007, he has been frequently invited to conferences on new media art as a speaker or facilitator in cities such as Berlin, Helsinki, Paris, Singapore and Yokohama. |

The company develops eLearning modules for the commercial sector, competing against such giant as IBM. Their clients include the ASEAN Secretariat, Bank Indonesia, Telkomsel, and other multinationals. According to Swasembada business magazine, Netpolitan is now one of the three most respected e-learning content developer in Indonesia. Wisman was national finalists in the IYCE Design Award 2006 and 2007.

Ramya had worked as a web designer for a while before he was the Head of Web Division at Vertigo (production house) from 2002 to 2006 where Think.Web was, at that time, still a division in Vertigo. Think.Web became an independent corporate in 2006 and is currently running as a web agency that focuses on online branding strategy. |
