Background information
Documentation about the background of Web 2001-2004

The Web 2001-2004 project began its development in 2001, with a series of recommendations including recommendations on branding and design, led by Communications and the Internet Business Development teams, in consultation with Citygate Lloyd Northover. These recommendations were then presented to ESCom.

Once the five key recommendations had been agreed, the tendering process could begin. All the main materials involved in this process are included below.
