Download MS Word versions of the most commonly used Obtree templates from here. Using the word templates in conjunction with our writing site can help you develop content with your customer in mind that fits the template you have selected before you start working in Obtree.
When you come to create a page in Obtree the process of filling the template is faster if you are cutting and pasting from the word version directly into the Obtree template.

ABOUT US (MS WORD 316 Kb) - level 2
This template should be used only once on a website for your about us page which is a mandatory option on all country websites. See Bosnia & Herzegovina's site for an example of an About us template.
CONTACT US (MS WORD 78Kb) level 3
This template is designed for the contact information of each country or department. See Russia's contact us page for a good example of the template.
CONTENT 1 (MS WORD 83Kb) level 3 or 4
This is the most commonly used template in Obtree. See Kosovo's IELTS exam page as an example of this template.
CONTENT 2 (MS WORD 82Kb) level 3 or 4
This template is similar to a content 1 - the only difference is that it has a fifth level dropdown menu at the bottom of the page which can be turned off using edit extensions.
CONTENT 3 (MS WORD 52Kb) level 3 or 4
This template is similiar to a content 2 template - the only difference is that the image in the top left hand corner should have a maximum width of 250 pixels which make the right hand column wider to allow for more text. COURSE DATES (MS WORD 70Kb) level 4
This template can be used to advertise dates for courses. Egypt has an example of this template on their site.
COURSE DETAILS (MS Word 72Kb) template level 4
This template can be used to advertise course details. Cameroon has an example of this template on their site.
DIVISIONAL 2 (MS Word 132Kb) level 2
This page is used to promote the major customer journeys such as Education, English, Arts and culture, Science etc. See Azerbaijan's Arts and culture page as a good example of a divisional 2 template.
EVENT DETAILS (MS Word 107Kb) level 4
This page is used to provide detailed information about events. Tends to be infrequently used as it is very slot heavy. Recommend using a content 1 or text only template instead. See Estonia's site for an example of an events detail template
EVENT LISTINGS (MS Word 68Kb) level 3
This template is used to provide listings of events. Tends to be infrequently used as it is very slot heavy which makes it time consuming to maintain. Recommend using content 1 instead - see Brussels events listing page which uses content 1 - contact web2004 if you want advice on setting up an events listing style template using content 1. EXAMS DATES (MS Word 74Kb) level 4
This template is used to list exam dates and locations. Have a look at Japan's IELTS exam dates and locations page as a good example of this template.

This template is used to provide details about exams. Albania has an example of this template on its site.
EXAM LISTING (MS Word 125Kb) level 3
This template is used to list exams. Have a look at India's vocation exams page to see an example of an exam listings page.

This template is used to help customers register for exams. Have a look at India's IELT registration page.
FAQ's (MS Word 87Kb) level 3
This template is used to present FAQs and their answers. Visit Japan's teaching centre FAQs page to see an example of the template in use.
FEATURES (MS Word 55Kb) level 3 or 4

GENERIC LISTINGS (MS Word 128Kb) level 3
This template allows you to provide listings of resources, websites etc. An example can be found on the online resources section of the Yugoslavia site.
HOMEPAGE (MS Word 132Kb) level 1
Each country and most deparments use the home page template. See the Business website as an example of the homepage template.
LIBRARY DETAILS (MS Word 55Kb) level 4
The library details template is used to present information about our network of libraries and information centres. Cameroon uses this template on their site.
MAP POPUP (MS Word 30Kb) level 3 or 4
This template should be used to display a map of an office or centre. The recommended size for the map is 297x276 pixels. See Russia for a good example of the popup map template.
MOVIE REAL PLAYER (MS Word 54Kb) level 3 or 4
This template can be used to play movies in Real format on your website. See Japan's site for an example of this template.
MOVIE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER (MS Word 55Kb) level 3 or 4
This template can be used to play movies in Windows Media Player format on your website. The Dreams and Teams website uses this template.
REGIONAL LOCATIONS (MS Word 103Kb) level 3
This template acts as a homepage for a centre or office. See Russia's Samara centre page as an example of this template.
SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS (MS Word 61Kb) level 4
This template can be used to present detailed information about scholarships. See the Brazil site for an example of this template.
SUBJECT 1 (MS Word 203Kb) level 3
This template is used to present introductions into deeper level content. Subject templates often follow on from divisional templates in a customer journey6 and are used to present information on subjects such as exams, learn english, teach english etc. See an example of this template on the funding your studies page on the corporate learning site.
SUBJECT 2 (MS WORD 210Kb) level 3
This template is used to present introductions into deeper level content. Subject templates often follow on from divisional templates in a customer journey and are used to present information on subjects such as exams, learn english, teach english etc. Subject 2 differs from subject 1 as it does not have picture slots in the lozenge areas. An example of a subject 2 template can be seen on the Japan site.
TESTIMONIAL DETAILS (MS Word 64Kb) level 4
