List of Page Names

This is a list of all active page objects in your Obtree partition. We use this data to check that your pages are assigned to appropriate categories within Mtracking.

Mtracking works by matching patterns in urls and assigning that data to categories which E-strategy set up within Mtracking. For example the page http://www.britishcouncil.org/france-arts.htm is matched against the pattern france-arts* which is the website France – English version and the category Arts and culture. All pages that follow the convention france-arts* will be assigned to this category.

For multilingual sites the url http://www.britishcouncil.org/fr/france-arts.htm* is matched to the pattern fr/france-arts* which is the website France – French version and the category Arts et culture.

Problems occur with assigning pages to the correct category when:

  1. the naming convention is not consistently applied to pages
  2. a category has not been set up within Mtracking to track a pattern of URLs in your partition.

Find out more about naming your pages consistently or get the list of url patterns for your site as it is currently tracked in Mtracking by contacting mtracking@britishcouncil.org.
