How to use workflow

This is a step-by-step guide to Obtree workflows. Workflow is a process that allows staff to distribute the responsibility of developing a website in a controlled manner.

Workflow comprises two tasks.  The first task, update content, allows authors to create or edit objects.  The second task, approve content, allows webmasters and managers to quality assure and activate objects.

USING WORKFLOW AS AN AUTHOR
Authors can create new pages and objects, edit existing pages and other objects when using workflow in Obtree.  Find out more about using workflow as an author.
 USING WORKFLOW AS A WEBMASTER
Managers and webmasters can quality assure, approve and publish authors' work using workflow. Find out more about approving workflow.
