I loved the audio and the topic was also ver informative. It was brilliant but again i have the same request that plzzz plzzz the paper activity that comes with the script it should be Question/Answer not true/false or any other excercise because its too easy. And if the Question/Answers are like the ones we have in IGCSE listening paper it would be great. I hope you will consider my request. Thanks

Speaking in a foreign language on the phone can be very difficult. A tip I can offer is to prepare and even rehearse what you are going to say beforehand - that can help the conversation go more smoothly. And don't forget to ask the person to repeat if you haven't understood or you can even repeat back what you have understood and get confirmation from the other person, just like the hotel receptionist did in the audio. Good luck!
