How do I apply for a 9/11 Scholarship?

When should I apply for a 9/11 Scholarship?

You should start considering your 9/11 Scholarship application around 18 months before the intended course start date e.g. Grade 10 at high school in USA or while you are in your second year of undergraduate study (if you are intending to apply for a Masters course).

How do I apply for a 9/11 Scholarship?

Research courses and check you meet the specific academic requirements
Apply for to universities through UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service)

Complete the 9/11 Scholarship application form (in full) and gather supporting documentation including:

  • A birth certificate detailing your parents’ names
  • A death certificate for your parent/guardian lost in the 9/11 tragedy
  • Supporting medical and financial documentation if your parent/guardian has been permanently injured as a result of the 9/11 tragedy
Complete and sign the declaration form and send to us along with your completed application form
