The British Council and its partners, Plaster Age and Marczibányi Sports Centre, are organising day camps during the summer period for children aged 6-15. Our aim is to provide safe, enjoyable and useful, high quality programmes for children for the weeks where their parents are still at work. Students will get the opportunity to:

			develop their English, especially their speaking skills;
			have lots of fun through games and sports and creative activities;
			get to know British culture.

We offer our camps to different age groups and at different venues between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. In the morning, kids will do playful activities in English for 2x60 minutes, and in the afternoon they will have the chance to choose from different sports and creative activities. Learning English will be conducted in a fun and entertaining way with lots of games, song singing and speaking exercises. In all our camps the British Council and its partners will apply the British Council's strict internal child safety regulations.

1. ENGLISH AND ARTS&CRAFTS AT PLASTER AGE - ON THE PEST SIDE

			Age group: 6-9
			Venue: Plaster Age Playhouse, 1075 Budapest, Gozsdu „F” court, Entrance: Király u. 13 or Dob u. 16
			Brief camp outline: English lessons with story telling, songs and rhymes in mixed groups and lots of new content. Plaster painting, picnic on Margaret Island, trip to the tower of Basilica and many more exciting programmes in the afternoon.

2. ENGLISH AND SPORTS - ON THE BUDA SIDE

			Age groups: 6-9 and 10-14
			Venue: Marczibányi Sports Centre, 1022 Budapest, Marczibányi tér 16.
			Levels: Starters (for those who have never studied English or study English for less than 1 year) and Movers (those who have been studying English for more than one year, know the numbers and colours and are able to explain everyday situations in short sentences)
			Brief camp outline: Playful English lessons in the morning and various sports activities in the afternoon: exciting individual and team building games supervised by experienced coaches. Kids can try many sports including football, basketball, aerobic, swimming, potholing, wakeboard and tennis.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price of a one-week camp in all cases is HUF 45,000.
The registration will only be confirmed after paying a deposit of HUF 20.000.

DISCOUNTS

Early bird discount: 10% discount if paid until 15 May 2013
Current student discount: 10% for kids already attending our courses.
Siblings' discount: in case of registering brothers and sisters, we can give a discount of 10% after the second/third etc. child.
