Intercultural navigators
Challenges in the multicultural world
What is the project about

The Intercultural Navigators project is running in 18 European countries in order to develop groups of future influencers and leaders who can easily navigate within and between different cultures – who are aware of their own cultural backgrounds and who are able and open enough to accept, respect and understand other cultures.

After the training programme in 2008 and 2009 the Navigators participate in international attachments that may significantly help them in achieving new experience and expertise and in establishing new contacts and networks as well. These networks should be the foundation further cooperation between organisations and individuals. From September 2009 onwards Navigators also started to develop and implement their own projects.
