The quality of British education has an international reputation and is acknowledged by employers and educational institutions world-wide.

British Council Hungary administers entrance examinations, distance learning examinations and professional examinations for many UK universities, institutes of further education and professional bodies.  

We arrange invigilation for candidates who are not able to travel to the UK to take these exams. A local administration fee is charged for this service.

EXAMS

British Council Hungary offers the following routes to higher educational and professional studies by administering different UK examinations:

BioMedical Admissions Test (BMAT) - The BioMedical Admissions Test is a subject-specific admissions test taken by applicants to certain medicine, veterinary medicine and related courses.

Many UK universities and professional bodies offer degree courses by distance learning with the option of sitting the final examinations in Hungary through the British Council. We provide access to the following UK degrees and higher education awards:

			The University of London
			The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
			The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)
			Heriot-Watt University
			Henley Management College
			London School of Economics
			Institute of Financial Management

We are happy to administer other examinations as well by prior arrangement with the examination board.

The British Council and the Examining Boards take all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. We feel sure you will understand, however, that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If examinations or their results are disrupted, cancelled or delayed, every effort will be made to resume normal service as soon as possible. British Council's liability will be limited to the refund of the registration fee or re-testing at a later date.
