No refund will be made for cancellation of test under any circumstances.

Change of test date is not permitted unless on medical grounds and it can be changed once only. Candidates have to put such request in writing and submit a medical certificate within THREE working days after the test.  An administration fee of HK$110 will be charged for this service.

Special Needs

We aim to do our best to cater for candidates with special needs.  We will do all we can to enable candidates to understand test questions and ways of giving answers.  All candidates, irrespective of their disability, will be assessed fairly and objectively.

Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to contact us before they submit their application.  Relevant supporting materials such as medical certificates should be submitted during registration.
