Nasty Monster Poem

Teacher's comment:

In class we read a poem about a nasty monster called ‘A Who’z who of the horrible house’. We practised the fun sounds in the poem and looked at some of the rich vocabulary. The groups then wrote their own poems following the model in the book. We all had a lot of fun thinking of words to describe the animals.

The group of students wrote these funny lines. They did a great job in creating some vivid images to fit the letters of the alphabet. I also very much like the way they illustrate their lines so nicely to help the reader remember their ideas.

Well done to all of you and happy poem writing in future!
