Each table made a spring garden from play dough, and then had to draw and write about it. We usually put all our work on the wall and my teaching assistant chooses the best three. The students can look at each other’s work and this also gives everyone a sense of having completed something in the lesson. The students get their work back as they leave the classroom which they walk out of the door with, so that they can show whatever it is we have done to their parents.
