Online re-registration

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new student registration system and an online course registration system known as My Account in December 2009.

We would like to draw your attention to some of the changes it brings:

1) A New Student Number

2) A new online course registration system - My Account

My Account is a one-stop online platform where you can:

•Register or re-register for a course

•Check your current course timetable

•Check your payment history

•Check the courses that you have registered online

•Update your personal profile

We will send you more details about the new system and the corresponding changes through e-mail.  These changes include important information such as your new username and password which you will need to register online.

If you have provided us with your e-mail address: You will receive our e-mail on/before 27 November.

If you have not provided us with your e-mail address before or if you are not sure whether we have your updated e-mail address:

Please e-mail us at student.services@britishcouncil.org.hk with student’s name, current student number, date of birth and contact number on/before 24 November.

Postal re-registration

Fill in the Re-registration form for Young Learner courses and send it to us with a crossed cheque made payable to ‘British Council’ with the student name and student number on the back of the cheque. We do not accept post-dated cheques.

Registration in person

Bring the re-registration form and pay by credit card, EPS or cheque at our Customer Services Centre on the 3rd floor of our main office: 3 supreme Court Road, Admiralty.
