Limerick 1

There was a young man from Kowloon

Who was whisked off by a typhoon.

He was blown out to sea

For two days or three

And finally washed up in Rangoon.

Limerick 2

There was an old man from Peru,

who dreamed he was eating his shoe.

He awoke in the night

with a terrible fright,

and found out that it was quite true.

Limerick 3

There was a young lady of Spain

Who was terribly sick in a train,

Not once, but again

And again and again,

And again and again and again
