The British Council is delighted to present the second Transnational Education Forum: The Road Ahead, organised in collaboration with The Federation for Continuing Education in Tertiary Institutions.

This policy dialogue aims to identify factors facing TNE providers in the region, including recent policy and regulatory changes, parity in quality provision, student expectation and experience and the medium of instruction.

We are honoured to have as keynote speakers Michelle Li, JP, Deputy Secretary Education for the Hong Kong Education Bureau and Dame Professor Joan Stringer, Vice Chancellor of Edinburgh Napier University.

Speakers have been invited from Asia’s most developed TNE markets and guests will hear from both policy makers and TNE providers who have succeeded through very different ways in their respective markets.
